Painting a Day

April 19 to June 7, 2012

Working from simple still-life arrangements, you will complete a small painting at each class.
At the end of the course you will have a collection of small paintings and will have developed drawing skills, painting techniques and confidence to create work in your choice of oil or acrylic.

Acrylics Immersion

March 24 and March 31, 2012
10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Immerse yourself in painting for two full Saturdays.
Learn new techniques with these versatile paints,
such as transparent layering to create colour and texture and, for contrast, adding thick, opaque paint.
Suited to both beginner and intermediate painters
working in either an abstract or realistic mode.
