| Sue Cowan is an award winning Coquitlam artist who works in oil and pastel. Portraits are her main subject but she also enjoys painting still life and spending time painting "au plein air" After leaving an earlier career in television post-production to raise her family, Sue pursued her interest in drawing and painting. Through many years of drawing figures on a regular basis with Coquitlam’s Suite”E” Artists, she has developed her interest in the human form. This is reflected in the figures and faces found in many of her paintings. | |
